Guess that Quote and Win a Boat

So I've been thinking about a quote or two to put on my blue suede shoe. A T-shirt will do too. Do you know what movie they're from?

Here's #1... such creature fun! But click on the pic if you don't know...

#2 What would you do? Click on the pic if you want to know too.
#3 isn't Scooby Doo
#4 yes, there's more
#5 I wish Teddy were alive... (Click HERE for a clue and go to 10:10)
#6 not only for chicks!
#7 in space heaven?
#8 might come a bit late
#9 was mighty fine
#10 isn't uncle Ben, but click on the pic and go to 0:30...
#11 isn't 7, but click on the pic and go to 0:40...
#12 rhymes with skinny, but click on the pic and go to 0:50...

Well, did you guess them right? Is the movie buff in you still alive, day or night? They may stuff the reboots twice, but let's be nice.

  1. Colour me clueless. I am a book addict rather than movies.
Love (and would wear) some of the t-shirts though.

I knew most of them. Too much of a movie addict. Good choices, Blue.

    1. I'm not surprised. Here's to memorable movies.... and memorable for all the right reasons.

  3. I can't remember a single movie with any of these lines. "I'm having an old friend for dinner" might be Silence of the Lambs. My favorite is "I find it hard to imagine your wife sleeping with you." I'd like to have a t-shirt that says "My kid got a Ph.D. from Berkeley and all I got is this lousy t-shirt."

    Love,

  4. I suck at remembering movies. Only a few lines have stuck in my head throughout the years. I can only guess at the one about having an old friend for dinner possibly being that guy from The Silence of the Lambs?

    1. Thanks for providing the link, it was nice to see it again. I've always like Jodie Foster. I especially loved her in the movie Nell. I hear people make fun of that movie once in a while, but if you listen to her speak as Nell...wow, I couldn't do that!

    5. I didn't care for all the fan service, the nostalgia, which took me out of the movie again and again and again, as did the fake Russian accent. I kept thinking, That's Cate Blanchett with a fake Russian accent. The worst thing a movie can do is to take viewers out of the movie. Oh that's a reference to the first movie... Oh that's an in-joke. Do you know what I mean? And then the UFO story that we've seen in so many other movies... Why?
